Our Founding Principles
The Esrify Helper Circle is built on the following beliefs:
- Each person is inherently valuable, because each of us is created in God's image.
- God delights in seeing humans thrive, learn, and create value in his good world.
- We glorify God when we do our work with love, integrity, wisdom, and skill.
- Love of God and neighbors is the first priority of any Christian business.
Who Qualifies to Join
Individuals who meet these criteria may apply to join the Helper Circle:
- You operate according to core Anabaptist principles (e.g. strict truthfulness, a commitment to non-violent conflict resolution, and a practical application of the Sermon on the Mount).
- You belong to or serve an Anabaptist or "Kingdom" community.
- When representing our clients' businesses, you will not promote violence, political involvement, lewd or sexually suggestive content, jewelry, alcohol or tobacco products, or any products and services generally deemed inappropriate among conservative Christians.
- You view your work as a service to God and others, not just a means of profit.
Your Agreement
By joining the Helper Circle, I agree:
- To operate consistently with the Founding Principles
- That I fit the criteria listed under Who Qualifies to Join the Helper Circle
- To always treat customers, employees, and Esrify clients with respect
- To present Esrify's client offerings honestly and to keep my word
- To strive to glorify Christ through my work
